Working Principle
Meixin paper tape automatic reel turn up equipment is composed of four parts: PLC control cabinet, air control cabinet, paper breaking tape box, and automatic paper changing beam. The smart control box and pressure control air box are connected through the power interface. The equipment is equipped with a paper tape transmission device.
The paper tape is picked up from the carton and transmitted to the standby position of reel turn up equipment through the track. When the reel turn up signal is received, the paper tape extends from the standby position and is transferred to the new reeling roller. At the same time, the sensor is operated to synchronise the transfer of the sheets to the new roll and the automatic roll change is successfully completed. The reel turn up can be finished instantly, the operation is safe. It saves time, effort and labor, and reduces paper waste.
