China Forest Paper & Meixin PM8 Paper Machine Project

The PM8 paper machine at China Forest Paper is a purely domestic medium-to-large-scale paper machine, representing the solid progress of China's paper machinery manufacturing technology. The machine features a paper web width of 6,760mm and a high operating speed of 1,100 m/min, making it a high-efficiency model among domestic equipment of its class.

The machine primarily produces high-quality packaging paper. With its stable operation and excellent production capacity design, it has quickly become a core production unit at the customer's facility. The successful operation of PM8 demonstrates the reliability of domestically manufactured paper machines in high-speed, wide-web production scenarios.

Three Core Products from Meixin: Enhancing Efficiency and Stability

To meet the operational requirements of the PM8 paper machine, Meixin provided three key cleaning and auxiliary systems:

1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
During high-speed operation, dryer fabrics are prone to clogging from stickies, dust, and fibers, leading to reduced breathability. Meixin's Dryer Fabric Cleaner operates continuously without stopping the machine:
