Working Principle
Meixin PF · Clean smart dryer fabric cleaning system without shut-down is equipped with efficient cleaning head. The cleaning head is located at the wrapped area between dryer fabric and guiding roller. And there maintains a certain gap between cleaning head and dryer fabric.
The cleaning head is equipped with high-pressure water nozzles to ensure angle jet on the fabric surface to loosen the rubber dirt off the fabric surface. And the front and back air doctor jet air to help further blowing up the dirt and then discharge the dirt out of the paper machine under the action of the vacuum suction slag removal system. After that the external air doctor completely removed the residual moisture.
