Meixin mainly manufactures Paper Machinery Parts（Cleaning System to improve the production efficiency of paper machine）including PF·Clean Dryer Fabric Cleaner, Ropeless Tail Threading System, and Water Jet Reel Turn-up System. The Dryer Fabric Cleaner removes stickies online without chemicals, maintains permeability, eliminates defects, and extends fabric life. The Ropeless Tail Threading System enables fast, stable rope-free tail threading, reducing operator skill needs and increasing capacity. The Water Jet Reel Turn-up System offers automatic roll changing with >99.5% success rate, eliminates bottom wrinkles, cuts paper loss, and raises forming rate by 0.5–3%. Together, they boost efficiency, safety, and profitability.
