June 18, 2026-Meixin successfully provided a comprehensive intelligent solution covering six core systems for a corrugated paper machine owned by China East Paper Mill. The paper machine has a paper width of 4400mm and operates at a speed of 600 meters per minute, primarily producing corrugated paper of 50-80 g/m². Meixin supplied the project with the dryer fabric cleaner, wire & press felt cleaner, vacuum roller cleaner, water jet reel turn up system, ropeless tail threading system, and edge trim units, comprehensively improving the paper machine's operational efficiency, paper quality, and production safety.

1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
Function:
Meixin deployed the PF·Clean intelligent online dryer fabric cleaner. The system is equipped with high-efficiency cleaning heads installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and guide rolls, maintaining a reasonable gap from the fabric. High-pressure water nozzles spray the fabric surface at a specific angle to loosen and detach adhesive contaminants. Front and rear air knives assist by blowing off the contaminants, while a vacuum extraction system discharges them outside the paper machine. An external air knife thoroughly removes residual moisture after cleaning.

2.Wire & Press Felt Cleaner
Function:
Meixin's intelligent online fabric cleaning system uses high-performance filtered clean water, which generates high-pressure water through a high-pressure pump station. The online cleaning machine is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head that traverses across the machine width. The cleaning head's movement is controlled by a PLC with parameter settings via a visual touchscreen. The cleaning head sprays high-pressure water onto the paper machine clothing or suction roll surface at a specific angle to achieve precise cleaning.

Function:
Meixin's vacuum roller cleaner is specifically designed to keep suction roll holes clean. It can clean suction roll holes online during normal paper machine production, effectively reducing hole plugging.

4. Water Jet Reel Turn Up System
Function:
Meixin's high-pressure water jet reel turn up system's beam is installed above the reel. An ultra-high-pressure water generation system produces high-pressure water, which is ejected as high-quality water jets through ultra-high-pressure nozzles. The transfer beam is equipped with two sets of water jet heads. The water jets move at high speed to cut a paper tip while spraying an appropriate amount of adhesive, allowing the paper tip to quickly adhere to the new reel spool for high-quality reel change.
