July 29, 2026-Multiple C Paper Pulp Mill Sdn Bhd celebrated a major milestone with the successful start-up of its paper machine. 1. Dryer Fabric Cleaning System
Meixin deployed the PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric cleaning system for this project. Equipped with high-efficiency cleaning heads installed at the wrap area between the dryer fabric and guide roll, the system maintains an optimal gap with the fabric. High-pressure water nozzles spray the fabric surface at a targeted angle to loosen and remove contaminants. Front and rear air knives lift the debris, while a vacuum extraction system discharges pollutants out of the paper machine. An outer air knife thoroughly removes residual moisture after cleaning.

2. Dryer Release Agent Spraying System
Meixin dryer release agent spraying system is engineered for coating the dryer surface. Fitted with 1 to 2 movable nozzles, it evenly applies release agent onto the dryer fabric to form an effective anti-stick layer and prevent adhesion and accumulation of stickies and paper dust.
