August 23, 2024-Meixin successfully provided an intelligent comprehensive solution for a large coated white board paper machine owned by China Xinxiang Hongtai Paper Mill. The paper machine has a paper width of 4600mm and operates at a speed of up to 520 meters per minute, primarily producing coated white board paper of 235-385 g/m². Meixin supplied the project with dryer fabric cleaner and dryer cylinder chemical shower, comprehensively improving the paper machine's operational efficiency, paper quality, and production stability.
1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
Function：During the production of coated white board paper, sizing agents, stickies, fillers, and other substances in the pulp tend to accumulate on the dryer fabric surface in the dryer section. This leads to reduced fabric permeability and lower drying efficiency, which in turn causes paper web breaks, grooves, marks, holes, and other paper defects, seriously affecting product quality and production efficiency.
Meixin deployed the PF·Clean intelligent online dryer fabric cleaning system. The system is equipped with high-efficiency cleaning heads installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and guide rolls, maintaining a reasonable gap from the fabric. High-pressure water nozzles spray the fabric surface at a specific angle to loosen and detach adhesive contaminants. Front and rear air knives assist by blowing off the contaminants, while a vacuum extraction system discharges them outside the paper machine. An external air knife thoroughly removes residual moisture after cleaning.

2. Dryer Cylinder Chemical Shower:
Function:During the drying process of coated white board paper, stickies and paper dust tend to accumulate on the dryer cylinder surface, causing paper sticking to the cylinder, increased web break frequency, and higher steam consumption – directly affecting the machine's operating efficiency and energy consumption levels.
Meixin's dryer cylinder chemical shower is specifically designed for coating the dryer cylinder surface. The system is equipped with 1 to 2 movable nozzles that evenly spray the release agent onto the dryer fabric surface, forming an effective anti-stick layer that prevents the adhesion and accumulation of stickies, paper dust, and other substances.
