In the papermaking industry, the stable operation of high-speed paper machines is key to reducing costs and increasing efficiency for enterprises. Recently, Meixin successfully provided a complete online cleaning and automatic reel changing solution for a well-known medium-to-large paper machine under China Hongsheng Paper Mill. This paper machine has a paper width of 4460mm, operates at a speed of 500 meters per minute, and mainly produces 80-100 g/m² high-strength corrugated medium.

1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
Function:
During high-speed operation, dryer fabrics are prone to clogging by stickies and dust, leading to decreased permeability, reduced drying efficiency, and even paper web breaks, grooves, marks, holes, and other sheet defects. The dryer fabric cleaner provided by Meixin can clean dirty dryer fabrics online during normal paper machine operation without the need for shutdown.

To address the problem of plugged vacuum roller holes, Meixin provides an online vacuum roller cleaning system that continuously cleans vacuum roller holes during normal paper machine operation, reducing plugging and keeping the roll surface clean. This system significantly improves wet end operational stability, maintains the original operating performance of the vaxuum roller, avoids web breaks and shutdown maintenance caused by plugged holes, thereby improving paper machine operating efficiency and production output.
