May 17, 2025- Meixin completed the delivery of the project for China Ruifeng Paper Mill’s medium-size paper machine. A complete set of intelligent online cleaning systems for wire and press felt has been equipped for the paper machine, helping the mill achieve clean, energy-saving and stable papermaking production.
The paper machine features a 3400 mm web width and an operating speed of 260 m/min, mainly producing linerboard and containerboard with basis weights ranging from 160-350g/m². Targeting the cleaning pain points of fabrics in the wire section and press section of this paper machine, Meixin adopts proven intelligent online solutions to comprehensively improve fabric working conditions from hardware configuration to intelligent control.
Meixin intelligent wire and press felt system uses high-performance filtered clean water to generate high-pressure washing water via a high-pressure water pump station. The unit is fitted with a PLC-controlled traversing high-efficiency cleaning header with parameter setting available on a visual touch screen. Spraying high-pressure water at a set angle onto papermaking fabrics and vacuum roll surfaces, the cleaning header realizes continuous on-machine cleaning and guarantees consistent clean production without machine shutdown.
