The object of this Meixin service is a medium-to-large paper machine owned by China Suifeng Paper Mill. The paper machine has a paper web width of 4660 mm and an operating speed of up to 500 m/min, and mainly produces high-strength corrugated board in the basis weight range of 90-120 g/m².

Meixin supplied a dryer fabric cleaning system for this project. Its specific functions and core advantages were as follows:

1. Canvas Cleaner

Function:

The Meixin PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric cleaning system is equipped with high-efficiency cleaning heads. The cleaning heads are arranged in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and the guide roll, maintaining a set gap from the dryer fabric. High-pressure water nozzles inside the cleaning heads spray at a certain angle onto the fabric surface, loosening and detaching the adhesive contaminants from the fabric surface; front and rear air knives inject air to assist and further lift the contaminants, which are then discharged outside the paper machine under the action of the vacuum suction and slag removal system. The outer air knife thoroughly removes the residual moisture after cleaning.
