June 9, 2025- Meixin successfully provided an intelligent online fabric cleaning system for a tissue paper machine owned by Mizu Paper Trading Production Joint Stock Company. The paper machine has a paper width of 3520mm and operates at a speed of 200 meters per minute, primarily producing tissue paper of 50-80 g/m². The fabric cleaning system supplied by Meixin for this project has effectively improved the paper machine's operational efficiency, dewatering performance, and production stability.
1. Press Felt Cleaner
Function: Meixin's intelligent press felt cleaner uses high-performance filtered clean water, which generates high-pressure water through a high-pressure pump station. The online cleaning machine is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head that traverses across the machine width. The cleaning head's movement is controlled by a PLC, and operators can set parameters via a visual touchscreen. The cleaning head sprays high-pressure water at a specific angle onto the paper machine clothing, achieving precise cleaning of the fabric and ensuring normal, clean production.
