July 6, 2025-Meixin has entered into a cooperation agreement with China Fuze Paper Co., Ltd. Meixin will supply a comprehensive set of intelligent papermaking auxiliary equipment for China Fuze Paper's large-scale paper machine, including dryer fabric cleaner, wire and press felt cleaner,vacuum roller cleaner , water jet reel turn up system, water jet tail cutter for wet end, and dryer cylinder chemical shower. This paper machine has a width of 5400mm, operates at a speed of up to 900 m/min, and primarily produces 100-140 g/m² containerboard.
1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
Function:
Meixin has equipped this paper machine with its PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric online cleaning system. The system features a high-efficiency cleaning head installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and the guide roll, maintaining a certain gap from the fabric. During operation, high-pressure water nozzles inside the cleaning head spray the fabric surface at a specific angle, loosening and dislodging contaminants. Front and rear air knives assist by blowing air to further lift the loosened dirt, while a vacuum extraction system removes the contaminants from the paper machine. An external air knife then thoroughly removes residual moisture.

This solution requires no chemical additives, making it environmentally friendly. It cleans dirty dryer fabrics online during normal paper machine operation. The system effectively improves and maintains fabric permeability, significantly enhancing drying efficiency. It eliminates paper web breaks, grooves, marks, and holes caused by dirty dryer fabrics, as well as rewinder breaks caused by stickies. 2. Wire and Press Felt Cleaner
Function:
Meixin's intelligent wire and press felt cleaning system uses high-pressure water generated by a pump station from highly filtered clean water. It is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head that traverses the machine width, controlled by a PLC with a user-friendly touchscreen interface. High-pressure water is sprayed at a specific angle onto the paper machine clothing or vacuum roller surface to achieve effective cleaning.

This system offers significant economic benefits: effective water and energy savings, reduced or eliminated need for chemical cleaning, and a complete resolution to issues of uneven moisture distribution and cleaning streaks caused by local nozzle blockages. 3. Vacuum Roller Cleaner

Meixin's vacuum roller cleaner is specifically designed for online cleaning of vacuum roller holes. It effectively reduces hole plugging, keeps the roll surface holes clean, and stabilizes wet-end runnability. This device performs cleaning during normal paper machine operation without affecting production. Maintaining clean and open vacuum roller holes reduces paper breaks and downtime for maintenance caused by plugging, improves machine efficiency, and thereby increases overall production output.

4. Water Jet Reel Turn Up System
Function:
The beam of Meixin's high-pressure water jet reel turn up system is installed above the reel. An ultra-high-pressure water generation system produces high-pressure water, and ultra-high-pressure nozzles deliver high-quality cutting jets. The turn-up beam is equipped with two sets of cutting heads. The water jets move rapidly to cut a paper tab, while an appropriate amount of adhesive is sprayed onto the tab. As the tab passes over the new spool, it adheres, and the full sheet width is then transferred to achieve high-quality reel turn-up.
Benefits:
This fully automatic turn-up method maximizes operator safety, eliminating the risk of being caught in the reel, and is extremely easy to operate. The turn-up process is very fast, the web transfers smoothly without wrinkles at the spool bottom, generating virtually no waste paper. The turn-up success rate approaches 100%, effectively increasing the finished paper yield by 0.5% to 3%. This equipment is suitable for almost all paper grades, including corrugating medium, kraft paper, kraft linerboard, coated white board, coated duplex board, newsprint, cultural paper, and tissue paper, and adapts to the vast majority of paper machine speeds.

5. Wate Jet Tail Cutter for Wet End
Function:
Meixin's automatic water jet tail cutter for wet end features reliable cutting for tail threading and full-width sheet transfer. The unit has a single nozzle that produces a high-quality water jet for cutting the paper web to form a tail. When full-width transfer is required, a high-precision traversing carriage moves the cutting nozzle to the drive side of the paper web outside the sheet edge to complete the transfer.

This equipment allows for automatic start and stop. It is equipped with a wireless communication module for remote wireless operation. Upon receiving a break signal, it can automatically and quickly execute a return command, maximizing the prevention of broke accumulation in the dryer and press sections. 6.Dryer Cylinder Chemical Shower

Meixin's dryer cylinder chemical shower is designed for application on the drying cylinder. It features 1 to 2 movable nozzles that spray the release agent evenly onto the fabric or cylinder surface, forming a non-stick layer that effectively prevents the adhesion and buildup of stickies and paper dust. This equipment effectively reduces the frequency of paper breaks, lowers steam consumption, and increases machine speed, thereby enhancing production capacity and reducing the manufacturing cost per ton of paper.
