April 8, 2025-Meixin successfully provided a ropeless tail threading system solution for a well-known large domestic paper machine under Pingfeng Group. The paper machine had a paper width of 4660mm and operated at a speed of 850 m/min, mainly producing high-quality corrugated paper with a basis weight of 50-80 g/m². The ropeless tail threading system provided by Meixin helped the customer achieve more efficient, safer, and more stable tail threading operations.

Traditional tail threading methods often relied on ropes and manual operations, which presented pain points such as long threading time, high skill requirements for operators, and significant safety risks.
