July 14, 2023- Meixin successfully completed the installation and commissioning provided for a well-known domestic large paper machine under China Minglu Paper Industry Co., Ltd. The paper machine has a paper width of 6860mm, operates at a speed of 1000 meters per minute, and primarily produces 80-180g/m² firework paper and high-strength corrugating medium. The comprehensive application of Meixin's multiple advanced systems has fully enhanced the paper machine's clean operation level, production efficiency, and degree of automation.
1. Dry Fabric Cleaner
Function:
Meixin equipped this paper machine with the PF·Clean intelligent dry fabric online cleaning system. The system is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head installed in the wrap angle area between the dry fabric and the guide roller, maintaining a certain gap from the dry fabric. The high-pressure water nozzles inside the cleaning head spray the fabric surface at a specific angle to loosen and detach adhesive contaminants. The front and rear air knives assist by blowing air to further lift the contaminants, which are then discharged outside the paper machine through the vacuum extraction and slag discharge system. The external air knife thoroughly removes residual moisture after cleaning.

3. Water Jet Reel Turn Up System
Function:
The beam of Meixin's high-pressure water jet reel turn up system is installed on the upper part of the winder. The ultra-high-pressure water generation system produces high-pressure water, and the ultra-high-pressure nozzle ejects a high-quality cutting water jet. The turn-up beam is equipped with two sets of cutting water jet nozzles. The water jet moves at high speed to cut a paper tab while simultaneously spraying an appropriate amount of adhesive onto the tab. When passing over the new reel spool, the tab adheres to it, and the full-width web is transferred, achieving a high-quality reel turn up.

Function:
Meixin's water jet tail cutter for wet end features stable and reliable tail cutting and full-width web spreading functions. The system is equipped with a single nozzle that produces a high-quality water jet for cutting the paper web to form a tail. When full-width spreading is required, a high-precision removable carriage carrying the cutting nozzle moves to the outside of the paper web on the drive side of the paper machine to complete the tail threading and web spreading.
