In July 2024, Meixin established a deep partnership with China Yukai, successfully securing a core auxiliary contract for its key paper machine project. This partnership marks renewed market recognition of Meixin's technical capabilities in supporting domestic medium-to-large-scale, high-speed paper machines.
Serving a Renowned Domestic Medium-to-Large Scale Paper Machine: 7010mm Wide High-Speed Unit
The paper machine at China Yukai is a well-known domestic medium-to-large scale paper machine, representing the advanced level of Chinese-made equipment in large-width, high-speed packaging paper production. The machine features a paper web width of 7,010mm and an operating speed of up to 900 m/min, making it a high-efficiency, high-speed model among domestic equipment of its class.
The machine primarily produces high-strength corrugating medium, widely used in corrugated board and packaging carton manufacturing, known for its high strength and excellent compression resistance. With its large width and high-speed configuration, this equipment significantly enhances the customer's single-machine production capacity and efficiency, playing an important role in ensuring regional packaging raw material supply.

3. Water Jet Reel Turn Up System
Function: Uses high-pressure water cutting technology to achieve automatic reel turn up at the reel section.
Benefits: Improves roll change efficiency, reduces broke during roll changes, thereby increasing output; also reduces broke under the reel, achieving safe and efficient roll change operations while reducing manual operation risks.
Function: It is equipped with a nozzle which jet high quality water to cut paper sheet to pape tail. When it is necessary to extend to whole paper sheet, the high accuracy trolley carries the cutting nozzle to the outside of paper sheet of driving side of paper machine and the paper sheet extending is finished.
