July 7, 2022- Meixin successfully provided a tail cutter solution to China Yingsheng Paper Co., Ltd. for its domestic medium-sized paper machine. This cooperation further demonstrates Meixin's technical strength and service capability in the field of paper machinery auxiliary equipment. The paper machine has a paper width of 3660mm, operates at a speed of 500 meters per minute, and primarily produces 230-450g/m² coated white board paper. To meet these production requirements, Meixin provided its self-developed dry end tail cutter.
1.Dry End Tail Cutter
Function:
Dry end tail cutter of Meixin features the dual functions of cutting a tail and expanding the tail to full width. The system is equipped with an imported high-speed pneumatic motor that drives a professional cutting blade at high rotational speeds, reaching up to 9,000 RPM. It can efficiently cut the paper web to form a tail. When full-width tail threading is required, a high-precision moving carriage carrying the rotating blade smoothly moves to the outside of the paper web on the drive side, quickly completing the tail broadening operation.
