June 7, 2022-Meixin successfully provided a vacuum roller cleaner for a medium-sized cultural paper machine owned by China Xingtai Paper Mill. The paper machine has a paper width of 3600mm and operates at a speed of up to 220 meters per minute, primarily producing cultural paper of 50-65 g/m². The vacuum roller cleaner deployed by Meixin for this project has effectively improved the paper machine's operational efficiency, wet end stability, and production continuity.

1. Vacuum Roller Cleaner

Function: In the papermaking process, vacuum roller holes are prone to clogging due to the accumulation of pulp fibers, fillers, and stickies, leading to reduced dewatering efficiency, unstable wet end operation, and increased web break frequency. In severe cases, it may even require shutdown for cleaning, affecting production efficiency.
