Paper Machine of China Aofalin Environmental Technology 

July 3,2021-Jinan Meixin Paper Technology Co., Ltd. successfully delivered and installed supporting equipment for the medium-sized containerboard machine of China Aofalin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The serviced paper machine has a web width of 3800mm and an operating speed of 400m/min, mainly producing 110-160g/㎡ containerboard.

1. Water jet Tail Cutter for wet end

Function：

Meixin water jet tail cutter for wet end reliably cuts paper web into tail strip and expands tail to full web width. A single nozzle generates high-quality water jet to slit the paper web. For full‑width expansion, a high-precision moving carriage drives the cutting nozzle to the drive-side outer edge of paper web to complete full-width threading.

Function：

Designed for dryer cylinders. Equipped with 1-2 movable nozzles to spray chemical agent onto dryer fabric and build anti-adhesive layer, preventing sticking contaminants and paper dust buildup.
