2021.7.6-Meixin successfully provided an intelligent comprehensive solution for a large high-strength corrugated paper machine owned by China Fusheng Paper Mill. The paper machine has a paper width of 4600mm and operates at a speed of up to 650 meters per minute, primarily producing high-strength corrugated paper of 80-140 g/m². Meixin supplied the project with an press felt cleaner and dry end tail cutter, comprehensively improving the paper machine's operational efficiency, paper quality, and production stability.
1. Press Felt Cleaner
Function: Meixin's intelligent press felt cleaning system uses high-performance filtered clean water, which generates high-pressure water through a high-pressure pump station. The online cleaning machine is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head that traverses across the machine width. The cleaning head's movement is controlled by a PLC, and operators can set parameters via a visual touchscreen. The cleaning head sprays high-pressure water at a specific angle onto the paper machine clothing, achieving precise cleaning of the press felt and ensuring normal, clean production.

2. Dry End Tail Cutter
Function: Meixin's dryer end tail cutter features both tail cutting and full sheet spreading functions. The system is equipped with an imported high-speed air motor that drives a dedicated cutting blade. The high-speed rotating blade cuts the paper web to form a tail strip. When full sheet spreading is required, a high-precision moving carriage carrying the rotating blade moves to the outside of the paper web on the drive side of the paper machine to complete the tail threading and sheet spreading.

The dry tail cutter, with its efficient and stable cutting and sheet spreading capabilities, greatly improves tail threading success rate and operational convenience.
