China Shuangding Paper Mill
July 15, 2020-Meixin successfully provided an intelligent comprehensive cleaning solution for a large high-strength corrugated paper machine owned by China Shuangding Paper Mill. The paper machine has a paper width of 4000mm and operates at a speed of up to 400 meters per minute, primarily producing high-strength corrugated paper of 70-100 g/m². Meixin supplied the project with a dryer fabric online cleaning system, a press felt cleaning system, and a vacuum roller cleaning system, comprehensively improving the paper machine's operational efficiency, paper quality, and production stability.
Function: Meixin deployed the PF·Clean intelligent online dryer fabric cleaning system. The system is equipped with high-efficiency cleaning heads installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and guide rolls, maintaining a reasonable gap from the fabric. High-pressure water nozzles spray the fabric surface at a specific angle to loosen and detach adhesive contaminants. Front and rear air knives assist by blowing off the contaminants, while a vacuum extraction system discharges them outside the paper machine. An external air knife thoroughly removes residual moisture after cleaning.

2. Press Felt Cleaner
Function: Meixin's intelligent online press felt cleaning system uses high-performance filtered clean water, which generates high-pressure water through a high-pressure pump station. The online cleaning machine is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head that traverses across the machine width. The cleaning head's movement is controlled by a PLC, and operators can set parameters via a visual touchscreen. The cleaning head sprays high-pressure water at a specific angle onto the paper machine clothing, achieving precise cleaning of the press felt and ensuring normal, clean production.
