May 8, 2023-Meixin successfully provided a dryer fabric cleaning system for a high-strength corrugated paper machine owned by China Yiyu Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd. The paper machine has a paper width of 3200mm and operates at a speed of 600 meters per minute, primarily producing high-strength corrugated medium, linerboard, and kraft paper of 110-170 g/m². The PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric cleaning system deployed by Meixin for this project has effectively improved the paper machine's drying efficiency, operational stability, and paper quality.
1. Dryer Fabric Cleaning:
Function:Meixin's PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric cleaning system is equipped with high-efficiency cleaning heads installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and guide rolls, maintaining a reasonable gap from the fabric. High-pressure water nozzles spray the fabric surface at a specific angle to loosen and detach adhesive contaminants. Front and rear air knives assist by blowing off the contaminants, while a vacuum extraction system discharges them outside the paper machine. An external air knife thoroughly removes residual moisture after cleaning.
