February 6, 2023-the series of intelligent cleaning and water jet turn-up systems provided by Meixin for China Boda Paper Mill PM3 were successfully put into operation. The machine has a width of 4750mm and operates at a speed of 800 meters per minute, mainly producing 50-120 g/m²high-quality cultural paper. Based on the customer's actual production needs, Meixin provided a comprehensive solution including dryer fabric cleaner, vacuum roller cleaner, and water jet reel turn-up system, helping the customer achieve efficient, stable, and green production goals.
1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
Function:
Meixin's PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric cleaner has played a key role on China Boda Paper's PM3. The system is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and guide roll, maintaining a precise gap with the fabric. The high-pressure water nozzles inside the cleaning head spray the fabric surface at a specific angle, loosening and removing contaminants such as adhesives. The front and rear air knives assist in blowing away contaminants, while the vacuum extraction system discharges impurities completely out of the machine. The external air knife further removes residual moisture.

2. Vacuum Roller Cleaner
Function:
Meixin's vacuum roller can clean vacuum roll holes online during normal paper machine operation, effectively reducing plugging issues without affecting normal production.

3. Water Jet Reel Turn-up System
Function:
Meixin's high-pressure water jet reel turn-up system has brought a revolutionary upgrade to the turn-up process on Boda Paper Mill PM3. The system beam is installed above the reel. An ultra-high-pressure water generation system produces high-pressure water, and an ultra-high-pressure nozzle delivers a high-quality cutting water jet. The turn-up beam is equipped with two sets of cutting water jet nozzles. The water jet moves at high speed to cut a paper tip, while simultaneously spraying an appropriate amount of adhesive onto the paper tip. When passing over the new reel spool, the tip adheres automatically, and then the full-width web is transferred, achieving a high-quality automatic reel turn-up.

Fully automatic equipment with extremely simple operation, maximizing operator safety and preventing personnel from being pulled into the reel;
