February 6, 2023-a series of intelligent cleaning and tail threading systems provided by Meixin were successfully put into operation on the PM2 of China Boda Paper Mill. The machine has a width of 3360mm and operates at a speed of 700 meters per minute, mainly producing 50-120 g/m² high-quality cultural paper. Based on the customer's actual production needs, Meixin provided a comprehensive solution including dryer fabric cleaner, edge trim units, and water jet tail cutter for wet end, helping the customer achieve efficient, stable, and green production goals.
1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
Function:
Meixin's PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric cleaner has played a key role on Boda Paper's PM2. The system is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and guide roll, maintaining a precise gap with the fabric. The high-pressure water nozzles inside the cleaning head spray the fabric surface at a specific angle, loosening and removing contaminants such as adhesives. The front and rear air knives assist in blowing away contaminants, while the vacuum extraction system discharges impurities completely out of the machine. The external air knife further removes residual moisture.

Function:

3.Water Jet Tail Cutter for Wet End
Function:
Meixin's water jet tail cutter for wet end features stable and reliable cutting of tail threads and full-width expansion capabilities. The device is equipped with a high-performance nozzle that produces a high-quality water jet for cutting the paper web to form a tail thread. When full-width expansion is required, a high-precision removable carriage carries the cutting nozzle and automatically moves to the outside of the paper web on the drive side, accurately completing the tail threading and full-width expansion.
