March 1, 2022-Meixin successfully provided an intelligent comprehensive solution for a medium-to-large grey back white board paper machine owned by China Fuxing Paper Mill. The paper machine has a paper width of 4200mm and operates at a speed of up to 350 meters per minute, primarily producing grey back white board paper of 110-170 g/m². Meixin supplied the project with dryer fabric cleaner, wire and press felt cleaner, water jet tail cutter for wet end, and dryer cylinder chemical shower, comprehensively improving the paper machine's operational efficiency, paper quality, and production safety.
1. Dryer Fabric Cleaner
Function: Meixin deployed the PF·Clean intelligent dryer fabric cleaning system. The system is equipped with high-efficiency cleaning heads installed in the wrap angle area between the dryer fabric and guide rolls, maintaining a reasonable gap from the fabric. High-pressure water nozzles spray the fabric surface at a specific angle to loosen and detach adhesive contaminants. Front and rear air knives assist by blowing off the contaminants, while a vacuum extraction system discharges them outside the paper machine. An external air knife thoroughly removes residual moisture after cleaning.

2. Wire and Press Felt Cleaner
Function: Meixin's intelligent wire and press felt cleaning system uses high-performance filtered clean water, which generates high-pressure water through a high-pressure pump station. The online cleaning machine is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning head that traverses across the machine width. The cleaning head's movement is controlled by a PLC, and operators can set parameters via a visual touchscreen. The cleaning head sprays high-pressure water at a specific angle onto the paper machine clothing surface, achieving precise cleaning of the fabric and ensuring normal, clean production.

3. Water Jet Tail Cutter for Wet End
Function：Meixin's water jet tail cutter for wet end features stable and reliable cutting of tail threading strips and full sheet spreading. The system is equipped with one nozzle that produces a high-quality water jet to cut the paper web and form a tail strip. When full sheet spreading is required, a high-precision moving carriage carrying the cutting nozzle moves to the outside of the paper web on the drive side of the paper machine to complete the tail threading and sheet spreading.

Function：Meixin's dryer cylinder chemical shower system is specifically designed for coating the dryer cylinder surface. The system is equipped with 1 to 2 movable nozzles that evenly spray the release agent onto the dryer fabric surface, forming an effective anti-stick layer that prevents the adhesion and accumulation of stickies, paper dust, and other substances.
